United StatesI love the people I've met on Boggle - my competition is really against myself since I have remissive MS and although I read quickly, I don't type as well as I did. My husband and I live in Tucson and our children are all over the country...we love get togethers and we love to entertain. I will be tutoring reading along with going to the gym and ducking the heat in Tucson. Reading, gardening and people - makes the world go round!

Hey Leslie... thanks for connecting. :) I got your message and replied, but the first time I was replying I hit something I shouldn't have on my keyboard and my browser closed on me. Isn't it fun to learn the comments and the messages...I learned to make sure to send some messages as "private" so it isn't open to viewing. Also, I learned to send the message one time--every time I clicked, the new message would be repeated...too bad it doesn't improve my Boggle - good to hear from you!

Hey Les, glad to add you as friend. And now you know (why Japan beat Germany)- lol. These girls are just so quick and maybe that quickness somehow mesmerizes their opponents. As somehow also Sweden didn't seem play at their best ability.
The US-team should be warned - in a final there are no favourites!

You are right, acb. No favorites in a game of skill at this level..and Japan needs to have a positive for their country - and the USA could use a victory of some kind to overlook the economy for a few hours...and it is all about the game, not politics. The Japanese girls are soooo determined...as are the girls from USA. The commentators kept saying that Sweden was "off" their game...at the level of these skills...this will be quite a game on Sunday! Thanks, Leslie

here's a quick 'howto' about links posted within chat:
What appears to be a link isn't complete. It consists of a highlighted part, that looks like a link to click on, but always gets you nowhere, and after that several other letters and characters. These two are separated by a blank(space).
In order to get it to work, you need to copy the whole thing with your mouse, open a new window or tab in your browser (ctrl +t) and paste it in the adress bar. Before hitting return to visit the page, make sure to remove all blanks from the adress you just had pasted.
That should settle the problem.
