Hello all,

This is a picture of me taken about 7 years ago-I haven't changed much except lost more hair and got a bit older and slower, just updated my profile as it's so out of date :)

Great site-love it, though I sometimes wish I had voice activated software as it starts to hurt my hands after a dozen or so games.

I am divorced and live on my own. My flat goes from being very quiet with just me to very noisy when my children are here three or four times a week. I much prefer the noisy days. I am rather addicted to boggle and am always looking for new words. I'm constantly amazed at words like aligns as you can have lingas, ligans, liangs, algins (plus lots of three, four and five letters from it like gain, gains, ains, anis, sain, sang, snag, nags etc. and the other day one of my sons said signal and I realised that this was another anagram that I could use. I seem to score quite high by using anagrams and I discovered a game called Text Express which has some really unusual words. The scores are irrelevant to me, there are always some really great players that score much higher, I'm much more interested in people's word lists and their conversation. I love the chat feature on this site and that nearly everyone is friendly regardless of age or what they do for a living.

Hey Steve... where do you play "Text Express" online? I just googled that name and got a few hit results for a few different sites. Also, is it like boggle? Thanks. :)

Helo Steve,
Hope you don't mind me leaving this message here. I've sent you a couple of small ones though not through here. The long message I wrote you didn't go as I was told there was an error on sending and time had run out. GRR!!! So annoying. Will I be able to leave you a long private message somewhere here? Hi, Steve-- Just wanted to say how awesome it was the way you stepped up to the plate with that kid last night. You're obviously a great guy!

Hi Rhonda,

Thank you for the friend invite. I guess I'm blushing at being called awesome-I'm not, just a regular bloke but thank you. I'm guessing it was the guy who was going on about a lap-dancer and it really annoys me when people think that women do that type of work plus extras for the pleasure of it. If they were they wouldn't be taking money for it. Anyway, I hope that person has long gone, though as I can type fast, I can normally get a few lines back at them which does tickle me (just before jen bans them). I'll see you boggling soon no doubt. Thanks again for the invite-Steve Chiocca

Hello Steve! Sorry about your back. Is there any chance of it getting better? Nice playing with you.

Hi Haddock-you too. Unfortunately not with the back-gets me down some days. I can cope with the pain most days just agbout with all my painkillers but I hate that my children miss out on so much, especially as I used to take them out most days to parks and for treks in the woods etc.

It's good to play against you-keeps me on my toes :) see you there soon
